Lyss Wood calls dreamy Southern California home, but is also pleasantly haunted by her early years in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She has been published multiple times in California English reflecting on her day job as a high school teacher. Her favorite days are spent imagining at her inherited kitchen table with a mug of cocoa, a composition book, and a pair of puppies curled up at her side.
